Refunds are only given on bookmarks, necklaces and pins.  Earrings are sold as is and for health reasons I can not take them back.  Refunds are given in the event they are defective or damaged.  You can return the item and I will gladly make you another one to replace it.  Any questions please contact me before ordering.  Thank you for your time.
